The IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) course trains operatives to safely use powered access equipment such as cherry pickers, scissor lifts, and mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs). It covers safe operation, risk assessment, fall protection, and emergency procedures. The course includes both theory and practical assessment to ensure full competence on site. It follows UK safety regulations and is ideal for anyone working at height in construction or industrial environments. Participants will learn how to inspect equipment, operate various MEWP types, and avoid common hazards. Upon passing, trainees receive an official IPAF PAL card and certificate, valid for five years across the UK and internationally.
